While not a passenger station, Kenwood Yards is a major freight yard located between I-787 and the Port Of Albany. It handles all the freight from the West Albany Yards, or Selkirk, that will go north to Canada, Northern New York and Vermont. It used to be owned by the Delaware and Hudson RR before the Canadian Pacific bought them out. It also has a large tank car pipeline set up so liquids like fuel can be easily loaded or unloaded to or from multiple connected tank cars. The line that runs north out of the yards is the same line that runs in the middle of I-787 in downtown Albany.
