Historic Cherry Hill AKA Cherry Hill Mansion

Historic Cherry Hill AKA Cherry Hill Mansion

This once palatial anor house was built by Colonel Philip Van Rensselaer in 1768 in Albany's South End on South Pearl Street by the I-787 overpasses. Obviously it harkens back to the once rural pre-industrial Albany days. Currently it is in need of some retoration work and tender loving care, but it is in better shape than most of the neighborhood.
