Paula's Country Kitchen

Paula Hernick started Paula's Country Kitchen, located in Averill Park, NY, in 2014.  The restaurant is open six days a week and is located inside of Young's Pharmacy on the corner of Route 43 and Burden Lake Road.

Paula's goal is to provide people with homemade sandwiches, soups, chili, salads, and entrée dinners for those busy mornings and nights to make folk's life a little easier. Everything she makes is homemade right-down to the cold deli turkey, ham and roast beef.
